Three-Day Destination Wedding in Alentejo

Sandra & Simon decided to get their amazing destination wedding in the beautiful Alentejo, in the countryside, far from everything and near what really counts, the nature, the family, the friends.

The venue chosen to celebrate this three-day wedding party was Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, a homestead located in the south of Portugal, in the interior of the country, between Lisbon and Algarve.

Starting with a reception cocktail in the first day, that extended for the night with much fun and live act of Orquestra Bamba Social and also the great Francisco Praia‘s music.

For the second day, the main wedding day, Sandra & Simon had an intimate ceremony under a olive tree where all the guests had to promise out loud the they would “had fun and celebrate”. The ceremony ended with this amazing sunset on a calm view for the Alentejo’s unique landscapes. After all the emotion under that olive tree everyone did what they have promised – much fun and celebration. Drinks and music with the live act of the english band Truly Medly Deeply.

Before everyone had to return to reality, after this amazing weekend in pure contact with nature, for this third and last day, nothing better than a relaxing pool party with DJ.

The wedding photographer was João Almeida and the planning was Parque da Penha‘s responsibility.
